My Energy 4 Life Course will empower you to take control of your own ability to heal. It covers important choices you make daily that impact your health, as seen from both a biochemical viewpoint and an energetic viewpoint. These choices can promote or hinder cell function, drain or conserve our available energy, promote or undermine the energy field's ability to communicate with our cells, and affect ability to heal. You will be more resilient and recover more quickly when life throws you those challenges that we can never anticipate but we know will happen. You will learn how to gain more energy for your body's many processes and for continuing those activities that bring you joy.
The course material is organized in 4 modules, each including 6 lessons on how you can optimize the health of your energy field, your biochemistry, and your cells. All 24 lessons are backed by research studies with links to publications provided.
